ALL ABOUT PROJECT TEMPEST

FAQ

Podcast release schedule

The Project Tempest Podcast is split into seasons, each of them lasting about six months. During a season, individual episodes come out about once per month though this varies depending on guest schedules. Please subscribe on your favourite podcast service, and a rating / review is extremely welcome.

Story / novella release schedule

There’s one novella in November / December of each year, with assorted stories along the way. We hope to increase this. Please let us know which stories you’d like to see more of.

Working with Project Tempest
We aim to expand Project Tempest significantly over the next few years. If you are an experienced creator, please feel free to say hi. We’re especially focused on interactive and screen experiences as part of the next phase.

Appearing on the show

Most guests on the Project Tempest Podcast come through our existing creator networks. Because the whole show is built around open, in-depth conversation, it’s hard to know if that connection will work in the way it needs to when we don’t know someone.

However, if you’re an experienced creator in any field, like the show, and are up for that conversation, please reach out to prea@manonfire.org with a brief introduction. An example of your ability to talk openly & interestingly will help. Sorry but we’re not usually interested in being part of press tours.

AI Art

We use a combination of human and AI art (Midjourney) throughout Project Tempest. There are many dimensions to this, that we hope to explore in the blog.

Key artists have included Dominik Zdenković (visual) Nikita Solo (visual) and Stephanie Engelbrecht (audio). We very highly recommend checking them out and hiring them.

Merchandise

Coming! Please let us know if there’s anything you’d particularly like to see on a t-shirt…

Speaking / Consulting

C J Halbard is available to talk about narrative, world-building, franchise creation, horror, and other topics. He’s quite entertaining. Please reach out to hello@manonfire.org with any enquiries.
